Mission

To offer free, high-quality programs, activities, support, information and referrals to families with young children, 0—5 years, in a welcoming  and nurturing environment.

Vision

Families have supportive relationships at the Centre and in the community. They have an abundance of experiences and opportunities that have a significant positive impact on their child’s growth and development and parenting practices.

Increase awareness of early childhood services within the community

Reduce parent stress levels

Provide a trusted source of information

Promote non-judgmental, non-stigmatizing and culturally inclusive environments

Assist parents in understanding their child’s developmental stage and connecting them

to appropriate services as needed
